Everything that happens to us in this life is being recorded on a cell memory level. Good things and bad, nice and ugly experiences, our body remembers everything very well even when our head has long forgotten about it.
In stressful situations, our brain forces us to react instinctively and emotionally. A huge part of our head and organs loose blood supply and we loose our ability to keep our heads calm in such situation. We are literally forced to act.
Emotionally, a blockage is built in our body and if a similar situation repeats again, we tend to experience the same bad emotions again and once again, we react in the same way. When we later look at that situation from a distance, we usually instantly know what we could have done differently. But how to bring that difference into our everyday life?
